Lavar serves as the Chief Executive Officer and Director of Substance Abuse Services. Lavar holds a Masters Degree in Human Services and is a Certified Substance Abuse Counselor, Master Addictions Counselor and Certified Sex-Offender Treatment Provider.

Angelique serves as the Chief Clinical Officer. She is responsible for all aspects of all clinical programs and services. Angelique is a Licensed Professional Counselor and under supervision to become a Registered Play Therapist.
